Who I Am: I am a dedicated Executive, Team, and Life Coach committed to unlocking the full potential of leaders, teams, individuals, and couples. With a deep passion for emotional, intellectual, and spiritual transformation, I partner with my clients to help them gain clarity, build confidence, and achieve breakthrough success.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with expertise in Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness, I bring over 40 years of experience in Corporate America and the Federal Government. My work has spanned strategic workforce planning, talent management, change management, leadership development, and culture transformation, equipping me to support clients at every stage of their growth.

A U.S. Navy Veteran, I hold a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, an MBA in International Business, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. As a published author, global speaker, and thought leader, I serve as a Doctoral Chair at Grand Canyon University and an Adjunct Professor at Life University in the Graduate Positive Psychology Program – ICF Coaching Track. My Christian faith is central to my work, and I am deeply engaged in research and teaching in theology and apologetics.

I am certified in top leadership and coaching tools, including EQ-i 2.0 / EQ360, MBTI, Gallup CliftonStrengths, Denison Culture, Hogan Assessments, and various Leadership Programs. With a science-backed, results-driven coaching approach, I empower executives, high-potential leaders, and teams to elevate performance, strengthen workplace culture, and drive sustainable growth.

As a trusted advisor and transformational coach, I help my clients uncover the truths behind their beliefs and assumptions, shaping behaviors that align with their purpose and potential. By validating these insights through emotional intelligence and self-awareness, I guide leaders through challenges, inspire impact, and drive lasting change in their careers, organizations, and personal lives.

Why I Coach: I am a Servant Leader and Coach because of my unwavering faith in God, who has abundantly blessed me with gifts, talents, and profound life and career experiences that allow me to guide, teach, mentor, and uplift others with a heart of compassion and empathy. Through the wisdom of Jesus Christ and the truth of Scripture, I have found absolute clarity in my purpose… to serve, empower, and inspire.

There is no greater joy than helping others break through barriers and roadblocks, unlocking their full potential, and stepping into a life of purposeful excellence. My mission is to walk alongside individuals as they embrace transformation, overcome challenges, and fulfill their God-given purpose with confidence and conviction in both their careers and personal lives.
